Scania brings next-gen BS-VI ready truck range to target mining industry

Scania Commercial Vehicles India has launched its next truck generation (NTG) in India. The new range of trucks comes with BS-VI-ready powertrains and modular system to provide customised transport solutions. 

With the launch of NTG range, Scania will be catering to various segments like mining, construction and long-haulage business. The company targets to drive the evolution of India's transport solutions in the mining, construction and long-haulage business.

The new range also comes with a higher load carrying capacity, better uptime, more durable and highest levels of safety and driver comfort. 

Scania started operations in India in 2007 in partnership with Larsen & Toubro.
