How Amway Is Contributing Towards Tackling Air Pollution With Its Car Air Purifier

There has been a severe increase in the level of air pollution in India, especially in Delhi and NCR (National Capital Region). The average air quality is recorded to be AQI 345, which is labelled as very poor and cause respiratory illness on prolonged exposure.

This has spiked the need for air purifiers in houses and workplaces. However, an average of working individuals spends a considerable amount of time in their cars. Therefore, air purification in car cabins has become even more desirable.

To tackle this issue, country’s leading FMCG brand, Amway has launched India’s first ever air purifier for cars, namely Atmosphere Drive.

Key Features

Amway has launched India’s first and only Car Air Treatment System with the Allergy UK Seal of Approval Atmosphere Drive. With a Clean Air Delivery Rate (CADR) of 30m3/hr at its max speed, the Atmosphere Drive system purifies the air and reduces about 313 different gaseous contaminants.

The air purifier also provides real-time air quality reading. It features a three-step filtration technology that operates at various levels to remove more than 300 contaminants from inside a car cabin.

Reduces Other Toxics Pollutants

After recognising the ever-increasing need for an effective air purifier for passenger vehicles, Atmosphere drive system not only reduces airborne tobacco smoke, and exhaust, but also chemical pollutants such as formaldehyde, toluene and other volatile organic compounds (VOCs).

The car cabin air purifier boasts of a quiet and efficient performance with the use of technology. Its sensory technology allows for auto mode operation while driving. It also has a smart chip technology for effective filter life monitoring which indicates when to change the filter.
