The jewellery brand Bluestone, has made its way to the latest Franchise 100 list 2020, published by The Franchising World magazine. Launched in 2011, the company had a clear motive of revolutionizing the fine jewellery and lifestyle segment in India with a firm focus on craftsmanship, quality and customer experience.

According to the company, in a short span of time, it has built a large family of loyal consumers in India and abroad. In a bid to suit customer needs, the brand has been crafting those designs with perfection and utmost care. It has also given its customers the flexibility to customize the product's gold purity and colour or diamond clarity.

The company started its franchise focus in 2017 and established total 12 jewellery outlets across the country by 2019; of which 10 stores are franchise-owned. Riding on its franchise focus, Bluestone observed over 73% growth in its revenue from FY2016-17 to FY2018-19.

Moreover, with the effort to win consumers’ trust, the company believes that it is socially responsible and make sure all the diamonds are conflict-free and obtained from legitimate sources certified by the Kimberley Process Certification Plan. 

Being an online store, the brand claims to have no inventory costs. “The costs saved here reflect in our incredibly low prices. We have no middle men involved whatsoever and the customers will find our solitaire and jewellery prices much lower than any other local jeweler,” said Gaurav Singh Kushwaha, CEO, Bluestone Jewellery & Lifestyle.
