Sheree Cosmetics sues Kylie Jenner for copying 'Born to Sparkle' make-up line

Kylie Jenner, a reality TV personality and make-up mogul, is being sued for straight-up copying another cosmetic line.

Sheree Cosmetics has sued Kylie and her company, Kylie Cosmetics. The company claimed that Kylie stole its 'Born to Sparkle' make-up line.

Sheree Cosmetics alleged that it has its own 'Born to Sparkle' collection but Kylie began making her own 'Born to Sparkle' eye-shadow with similar colours and packaging.

Launched on August 6, Kylie's birthday collection features lip gloss, lipstick, lip liner and glitter eyes. The 'Born to Sparkle' eye-shadow was part of that line.

Sheree is suing Kylie for unspecified damages.
