India’s premier business and tradeshow, FRO 2012, the 49th National Franchise and Retail show is scheduled for May 26-27, 2012 at Nehru Centre, Worli, Mumbai. The two day event is organised by Franchise India and Indian Franchise Association (IFA) and supported by Ministry of Micro Small and Medium Enterprises, Government of India (MSME).
The 49th FRO 2012 will put forth a spectrum of opportunities in franchising, retailing, licensing, real estate and retail supply from across industry verticals which includes fashion & lifestyle, food & beverage, education, financial services, health, beauty & wellness, real estate, travel, retail, entertainment and many more. The forum will also provide a great networking opportunity for entrepreneurs and investors who will be introduced to excellent business ideas through seminars and summits pertaining to India and the fast growing MSME industry in the country.
Day one of the expo will commence with the inauguration by Prof M Suresh Rao, Chairperson of Centre for Entrepreneurship, SPJIMR. Following the ceremony will be panel discussions on important topics by key industry experts like Naresh Mehta, Director - Retail Operations, Raymond India Ltd and Akhil Chaturvedi, CMD, Provogue.
Day 2 at FRO 2012 will witness an interesting discussion with Lakshman Gugulothu, CEO, BSE Stock Exchange who will be sharing his expertise about ‘Hard Truth of Hard Core Finance’, with the audience. The day will also see a motivating talk by Manoj Shah, Chief Operating Officer, Plug HR, about ‘How to Start Smart and Scale Hard’?
The ‘ENTREPRENEURSHIP SUMMIT 2012’ will include most enriching and enlightening interactive sessions with successful and distinguished entrepreneurs and corporates, networking and business mentoring hubs etc and more. There will also be workshop sessions that will address entrepreneurial challenges in key enterprise areas and will give tangible solutions to everyday workplace challenges of entrepreneurs.
