Le Sutra Hospitality, a Mumbai-based hospitality chain, is all set to franchise Indian Art Café. The company has recently opened 100 cover restaurants ‘Indian Art Cafe’ in Hyderabad and plans to expand the brand in domestic and international markets via franchise route confirms a company official. Indian Art Café is the world’s first south Indian bistro that serves fusion south Indian food.
As far as the franchise of Indian Art Cafe is concerned, Le Sutra Hospitality will provide the technical-know-how, marketing facilities and will help partners to set up the outlet. The average cover of an Indian Art Café will be around 60-100, which will also have a bar. Plans are afoot to open Indian Art Cafe outlets across India in cities like Pune, Delhi, Chandigarh, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Vadodara and Indore. The company also look forward to organising different types of exhibitions namely art, furniture etc at Indian Art Cafe.
