Sakshi Vij, Founder & CEO, Myles, heads India’s first car renting and driving service for women. Present across 250 locations in 21 cities Myles is trying to develop an Alternate Ecosystem to Car Ownership. The company has plans afoot to expand its retail presence through franchising.

Aakanksha Bhargava, CEO, PM Relocations Pvt Ltd chose to be a part of the relocation industry. Establishing her credibility across the verticals, she proved that the male dominated sector is ready for deserving female honchos to take change. They have a Service Industry Revenue Models that is operated through eight branch offices in Tier I cities.

Ankita Shroff, CEO and Co-Founder, SAV Chemicals Pvt LTd ventured into manufacturing and distribution of instant adhesive in 2014. Managing an army of stockiest and sole distributors, they have specific distribution model for retail and industrial segment offering a profit margins ranging from 18 to 30 per cent.

Dr.Amushree Jha, Co-Founder, Director, Pujashoppe comes from a Journalism background and creating a name for herself in the league of mighty entrepreneurs was never an easy task for Amushree Jha. The brand has successfully adopted a hybrid model, which will be a combination of online plus offline stores. Pujashoppe has opted to expand via the franchise route for a robust expansion and plans to open 500 stores on a Pan India level.

Lubeina Shahpurwala, Co-Founder, Mustang Socks, an entrepreneur and fashion enthusiast has been instrumental in making Mustang an aspirational brand in the fashion apparel segment through innovative design and technology. Mustang today manufactures more than 1 million pairs of socks every month, and has 36 distributors across India. They have tie-ups with some of the largest international brands, retailers and e-retailers, including Amazon, FirstCry, Hopscotch, etc.

Neha Kant, Founder, Clovia took up the baton to bridge the gap in the inner wear segment in India as she started the brand in 2012. Successfully addressing the diverse issues plaguing the segment, Clovia now ships 250,000 units monthly with a production capacity of 600,000 units. Registering a 100 percent quarterly growth following every quarter, the brand is present through shop in shop formats at 10 airports around the country.

Chinu Kala, Founder, Rubans, is a rare combination of beauty and brains. The former Gladrags Mrs. India made her mark as a business leader who has worked with the likes of Chivas Regal, Microsoft, ITC Limited, Max IPL etc. She launched her fashion label, Rubans as a natural progression of her creativity talent and business acumen. Rubans has 5 company owned outlets at present and plans to open 20 more stores by the end of this year via franchising.

Rivoli Sinha, Managing Director, Joost Juice Bars has foreseen an opportunity in the QSR segment when she launched the brand in 2011. Joost has 15 company owned outlets and has just started working on its franchise model. It has plans afoot for setting up 16 franchise in Tier I and II cities. 

Arpita Ganesh, Founder and CEO, ButtercupsClothing, ventured into luxury lingerie segment in 2009 in Hyderabad. They operate out of offline fitting rooms and interactive online size guide. Buttercups is planning to expand to Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Hyderabad and other major Tier 1 cities through distributorship model.
