It also organises and participates in events like buffet parties, marriage ceremonies, and food fests. It maintains hygiene and appoints chefs with proper qualifications and 3 to 4 years of experience.

It is now looking for investors who would join in as franchisees and set up trucks in their areas. The company is going to take care of all the operations including marketing and advertising requirements.

Franchise Requirements

There is an investment required of about 28 lakhs that includes kitchen equipment, crockery, utensils, and menu cards, licences, etc., and an additional cost of premises and other miscellaneous. The truck should be up to 22 ft. long and it would cost around 40 lakhs.

The investor reaches ROI in about 12 to 18 months. The company charges a royalty of 8% after the partners reach their ROI. A 20% hike in ROI is expected each year.

The company is open to multi-unit franchising or master franchising in all areas across India. It wants an expansion throughout India.

All About Franchising With Chalta Firta Dhaba

All the marketing and advertising would be taken care of by the company. With regard to local marketing, outdoor marketing will be done by the brand and indoor marketing like Instagram posts or WhatsApp group marketing is expected to be done by the investor. The content ideas would be provided by the company. 

The chefs are appointed and trained by the company. There are 3 chefs for a truck and each has a different cuisine specialty.

There is software that manages the inventory mix, sales data, profits, and staff data. They also have a CRM that gives the customer database.

Location plays an important role and the investor is required to look for a location that has a good demand for food. There will be support from the company to complete the legal aspects required for the location.

The grocery and ingredient storage is done in two ways. The bulk ingredients like the grains and flour are kept in a separate place in a 100 sq ft area. The daily requirements like the perishable vegetables and milk products are supplied daily and stored in the refrigerator in the truck.
