Thomas Cook (India) Ltd (TCIL), an Indian travel and travel related financial services Company, has recently been appointed the General Sales Agent (GSA) of AMET Cruises in North, East and West India. AMET Cruises is the first Indian domestic cruise line. TCIL has acquired exclusive rights to market AMET Cruises through its retail branches, Gold Circle partner outlets, sales agents and via its web portal.
TCIL has also come up with a special package called, ‘Serene Kerala with cruise to Lakshadweep’, which is an air-inclusive domestic package. The agreement will help AMET Cruises target a customer base across segments covering MICE, Corporate Travel and Leisure Travel of TCIL.
Speaking on the partnership, Nancy D’Almeida, Associate Vice President, Leisure Travel (Cruises) said: “Our alliance with AMET Cruises is a step towards showcasing cruising as a delightful new holiday option in India.
