Unavailability of healthy food is one of the major contributors of fatigue in employees at work. Overall, health must be given priority in order to reduce the days of absenteeism seen in employees. Therefore, there should be a provision of healthy snacks and beverages for the employees timely. For instance, beverages like fresh lime water, cold/hot coffee, tea, buttermilk etc could keep the employees away from unhealthy beverages like aerated drinks. Implementing such policies could really help in long run to avoid absenteeism in employees, and ensure better enthusiasm and productivity.

Organising Team Outings

Team outings are a great way for motivating the employees to work more with the company. It helps in familiarising the team members with each other at professional as well as at personal level, which automatically helps in increasing productivity. Activities like team-lunches, sports events, and recreational trips etc helps in motivating the employees even more and also creates a goodwill of the company. This way, you could make employees more loyal towards you, and the leave applications might also reduce.

Organising Group Meditation Programs

To bring down the stress levels of the employees, guided meditation classes can be organised on a regular basis.  Meditation is considered to be helpful to reduce stress and hence ensures better mental health of the employees.

Yoga and Gym Studios
