The Idea Is To Build 21st Century Skills Among Children Via STEM Education: Shashank
The K-12 education industry is experiencing rapid transformation due to the constant change in parent’s expectations along with trends that are influencing the working procedure of this industry.

The Indian education industry is evolving as one big hub that is looking to target the smallest niche currently present in the country. With constant international and national educational brands contribution, the industry is rapidly transforming into one of the most lucrative business market globally.

In an interaction with Education India, Shashank, Founder, Science Utsav shares about his idea of innovating the STEM education present in the nation and ways to nurture a child’s development through quality education.

Practicality is everything

The K-12 education industry is experiencing rapid transformation due to the constant change in parent’s expectations along with trends that are influencing the working procedure of this industry. While some educators are focusing on the orthodox teaching procedure with little experiments, there are other institutes that are majorly adopting the latest trends and technologies for improving their offerings.

Shashank says, “Science Utsav is a place where we are focusing on the parallel education programs for children that aim towards their development. We have introduced an interactive learning platform through hands-on activities, fun projects, science experiments and other pedagogy techniques.”

STEM Education is the Future

Practical learning has taken birth due to the constant innovation and technologies invading the Indian education industry. The curriculum-based education model is a thing of past that is gradually being revamped with time.

The modern-day educators believe in offering practical education to students that could enhance and nurture their knowledge for a better future.

“Right now STEM is the future as the practical education is becoming more important than anything. This change is happening because most of the works will be done by machines going forward. In the next 10 years, 90 percent of the work will be taken by robots or machines,” adds Shashank.

Expanding via Franchising

Franchising has emerged as one of the most profitable methods for expanding a business demographically. Startups and entrepreneurs are heading towards the franchising model that has been successful in the last couple of years.

Shashank shares, “Science Utsav is a plug and play model that welcomes enthusiastic people for becoming a part of your esteemed company. We would like to join hands with people that are interested in transforming the world by encouraging creativity and passion among children.”
