In an exclusive interview with educationbiz, Aditya Malik, Founder, Talentedge speaks about the scope of learning beyong the four walls of a classroom. 

Tell us about your Entrepreneurial journey and what was the idea behind Talentedge?

Talentedge started with a vision and mission to change the way India learns. We have come a long way as an entrepreneurial venture since 2012, partnering with renowned institutes in India and abroad, striking a chord with over 3,00,000 individuals and corporate learners. By recreating physical world classrooms in the virtual world, we are enabling learners to fast track their careers with essential skills. Taking online education up a notch, Talentedge has introduced Live & Interactive learning on an AI-Machine learning powered education platform.  

Tell us something about your brand and its global presence?

Talentedge stands as India’s first Ed-Tech firm bringing ‘Live & Interactive’ anywhere learning in digital format. We offer interactive learning solutions for both individuals and corporate through Premium Executive courses and degree programmes, product modules and end-user learning. We work in diverse and prominent industries like BFSI, FMGC, IT & ITES, Pharma, Telecom and Consumer durables.

What makes Talentedge different from other ed-tech brands?

Every Ed-Tech brand is different. Some of them are working to provide high school education, some are for K12 and some others catering to distance learning solutions. Our core focus is on skill development of working professionals and enabling orporate to equip their workforce better. Talentedge facilitates learners to continually stay ahead in their career by building new skills through courses, designed to meet industry requirements, and delivered by best in-class faculty from Ivy League institutes. Are you into franchising?

We are not into franchising. Not yet.

What is your business vision and how do you plan to achieve it in next five years?

Our business vision is to expand and explore international markets. We are also scouting to invest in ed-tech companies who have cut out a place for themselves so that we can enhance the learning experience for our learners and breach new frontiers with our learning platform.
