SUGAR Cosmetics Raises USD 50 Million In Round Led By L Catterton
SUGAR Cosmetics as a beauty and personal care market has expanded considerably over the past 5 years, and is expected to reach approximately USD 21 Billion in 2025.

SUGAR announced this week that it has closed a Series D funding of USD 50 million, led by Asia fund of L Catterton, consumer-focused private equity firm. It has raised a total of USD 85 Million in funding over 4 rounds. Their latest funding was raised on 30 May, 2022 from a Series D round. Funded by 8 investors A91 Partners and India Quotient are the most recent investors.

This upsized round had seen strong interest from multiple private equity funds, along with continued interest from existing backers such as A91 Partners, Elevation Capital and India Quotient. 

SUGAR was crafted and manufactured in state-of-the-art facilities across Germany, Italy, India, the USA and Korea, the brand ships its best selling products in Lips, Eyes, Face, Nails and Skin categories across the world.
