The brand focuses on understanding the customer’s needs and setting attainable service level expectations. They keep their staff well trained as for them, training is the constant improvement of skills and is very important part of spa operations. Aromahomespa believes in using genuine organic products which offer safe and best results for clients without any side effects. They take feedback from clients seriously and listening to employees needs and keeping them well adjusted and happy is also important to build the brand which they take care of.
The owners of Aromahomespa started in a small experiential scale which taught them not to be penny wise and pound foolish. Investing in proper infrastructure and training facility is very important and this has been the most important lesson on running the business.
