The demand for organic beauty products and therapies is high as brands have understood the basic need of the consumers.

Natural and organic products are at an all-time high. Consumers have been choosing them over various other categories available. This has nothing to do with any sort of conspiracies but the pure intentions of the companies to give the customers all the advantages of Mother Nature. In a conversation with Aromahomespa for our Indian Salon and Wellness Yearbook 2017, the brand tells us their vision, the entrepreneurial journey and the plans ahead of them.

About the Brand 
Aromahomespa has the overall philosophy of working along with nature and strictly use organic and natural ingredients in almost all their therapies. They can also be called organic spa where the products are chosen carefully making sure they are close to natural ingredients and recycling nature of the packaging products.

Stepping up the Game
The brand focuses on understanding the customer’s needs and setting attainable service level expectations. They keep their staff well trained as for them, training is the constant improvement of skills and is very important part of spa operations. Aromahomespa believes in using genuine organic products which offer safe and best results for clients without any side effects. They take feedback from clients seriously and listening to employees needs and keeping them well adjusted and happy is also important to build the brand which they take care of.

Entrepreneurial Journey
The owners of Aromahomespa started in a small experiential scale which taught them not to be penny wise and pound foolish. Investing in proper infrastructure and training facility is very important and this has been the most important lesson on running the business. Keeping their customers interest above all is very important in the service industry. The satisfaction they get out of happy and satisfied customers who were able to forget their stress and worries of daily life makes their journey worthwhile. 

Challenges Faced      
Spa industry still does not have clear legislation and laws and spas are clubbed with the beauty parlours. There is a huge misunderstanding with the public confusing Spa with local massage parlours. This causes unnecessary client calls which the brand has no recourse with. Also, the brand feels there are no set standards for education and training requirements for therapists. Therapists lack basic education, training and lack skills. Still, they work in the industry which can directly impact the health of unsuspecting clients.

Aromahomespa boasts of genuine therapies offered by well-trained therapists, organic nature of their products and feel at home services.

WOW Moment
When Aromahomespa’s regular clients tell them they don’t dream of going anywhere else and they are the only solace in their busy lives, the brand feels rejuvenated.
