L'Oreal India to touch new business horizon under its new CMO
Shalini holds an MBA from S.P Jain institute of Management and is a bachelor in Economics from Chennai. She has over 15 years of experience in the beauty industry.

L'Oreal India has appointed Shalini Raghavan as its new Chief Marketing Officer for its Consumer Products Division (CPD). Raghavan will take the responsibility of driving overall marketing capability and strengthening digital initiatives to build strategies for L’Oreal’s CPD brands- L’Oreal Paris, Garnier, Maybelline New York, and NYX Professional Make up.

Shalini made a statement that she is deeply passionate about the beauty business and she is thrilled to have gained the opportunity on L'Oreal India's leadership position.

Shalini holds an MBA from S.P Jain institute of Management and is a bachelor in Economics from Chennai. She has over 15 years of experience in the beauty industry. Earlier, she used to head marketing and business development of brands such as Lux and Lakme. She was also the Global Brand Director (Asian and African) of Dove Masterbrand.
