Information & Awareness Workshop

Mental illnesses affect 19% of the adult population each year. However, only half of those affected receive treatment, often because of the stigma attached to mental health. Some of them are not even aware of their condition.

Thus, conducting an information and awareness workshop can provide helpful support to those affected in your workplace. It will also help in removing the stigma around mental illness which can be an overwhelming obstacle for someone who is struggling with a mental health condition.

Communication is the key to resolve many problems. Mental health disorders can cause people to withdraw or misread people or miss social cues. Organise a chat event to encourage your employees to have an interactive session over a cup of coffee or tea and some snacks.
