Genesis Global School Collaborates with the London Academy of Music & Dramatic
The school seeks to collaborate with people across the arts spectrum to enrich the offering of the CPA, not only for the students but for the larger community in Noida and beyond.

Keeping in mind the overall growth of the students, Genesis Global School has commissioned the ‘GGS Centre for Performing Arts’ (GGS CPA) in April 2019. To provide them with the best, they have now joined hands with the London Academy of Music & Dramatic (LAMDA), as a private centre for teacher training and offering LAMDA qualifications.

The school held an event to introduce the GGS-CPA & the GGS-LAMDA collaboration. The school seeks to collaborate with people across the arts spectrum to enrich the offering of the CPA, not only for the students but for the larger community in Noida and beyond.

Christopher Hanvey, Director Operations, Genesis Global School, said, “GGS gives every scholar individual attention, modern facilities and exposure to the best global practices of mentoring and care. We mentor our students and provide them with platforms of engagement that push boundaries and help them realise their true potential. With our association with LAMDA, we are offering an alternate career path to our young scholars, as we believe that self-expression and communication are one of the sought-after skills in the 21st century.”

Peter Holliday, the acting Principal of LAMDA, stated, “It takes qualifications in the Performing Arts to children around the world to help them deliver their own self-confidence and acquire life skills that will stand them in good stead with their future careers. I am delighted to have seen the partnership with Genesis Global School develop over recent months. I think it’s a real milestone that we have now completed some of our teacher training with GGS staff so that we can begin to deliver LAMDA examinations to GGS students.”

Linda Macrow, Chief Examiner, LAMDA, added, “LAMDA Examinations provide a pathway of achievement in the study of language, literature and most importantly confidence in communications. This confidence is a life skill that is essential for a successful journey through professional and social life. GGS CPA decision to provide the opportunity to their students to study these essential life skills is insightful and demonstrates a true understanding of the educational needs of young people today.”
