The brand has set a target to open its first outlet in third quarter of 2012. The brand is looking for master franchisees to open outlets pan India.
The brand offers different prototypes such as kiosks, food court, express shops and full dining. The investment requisite for Dukkan Falafel is USD 1,00,000 with an area of 400 sq. ft to 2,000 sq. ft.In just eleven months the brand has sold a total of 18 franchisees of Dukkan Falafel across the UAE. Now the brand is heading to open around 40 Dukkan Falafel outlets across the UAE by the end of 2012.
