Inception of Cornext
Cornext Agri Products was started in 2015 for making Baled Silage which is the most advanced technology in silage making. In the initial years, the startup began working with the Andhra Pradesh Government as a PPP partner for distributing Baled Silage to marginal dairy farmers at subsidized prices and became an instant hit.
With the increased demand for Silage, it understood that one Cornext is not enough to address this fodder crisis. The startup expanded its vision to empower small dairy farmers to become self-dependent, which required customizable solutions to help the farmers produce silage on their own. In order to achieve this vision, the company designed and developed Mini Silage Baler, which produces 50kg bales that is again a big success among rural dairy farmers.
Cornext received an overwhelming response for pioneering this technology globally. Presently, Mini Silage Balers produce silage bales in over 20 states across India and countries such as Kenya, Kuwait, Nepal, Thailand, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, etc.
