Australia based Boost Juice is set to foray in India with its first store opening in March in Delhi and four more by the end of 2012 via franchising. The juice bar targets to open a total of 100 stores pan India in the next five years, capitalising on the huge demand for fresh and healthy drinks.

Boost Juice has signed an AUD 1.6 million master franchise venture with Rivoli Sinha and Dev Agarwal, the Directors of Joost Food Ventures Pty Ltd for India.

Boost Juice has 180 stores in Australia and 65 across overseas in the United Kingdom and South Africa to Singapore and Chile amongst others. In the past year, Boost Juice has opened a store in Shanghai, China.

The menu in India will be similar to Australia. The juice bar offers healthy range of juices, smoothies made with fresh fruit and yogurt, and energy drinks with a shot of vitamins, protein, minerals and antioxidants, all free of preservatives, artificial flavours and colours.
